Processing, Shipping & Returns

Processing:  Brilliant Soul Design shop orders are made to order and processed within 2-6 days.

Shipping:  Orders shipped to the US are a flat rate $8.  International orders are a flat rate $20.  All orders use a variation of shipping carriers depending on the product ordered.  

You will receive an email notification with your specific shipment and tracking information once shipped.

Shipping times vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the item.  

Refunds/Returns:  All items are made to order and therefore all sales are final.  No refunds, returns or exchanges.
